A lovely image of Turkish food (taken by Mark) adorns this issue’s front cover. We have two fabulous Turkish restaurants in the Vale of Glamorgan: Keyif in Penarth, and Usta in Barry. They aren’t owned by the same people so you should certainly try them both.
