In 1987, because of the already years of exposure to cruise holidays by an individual director, it was decided that Traveland specialise in cruising. Over the following years the organisation actively recruited staff to further develop their knowledge, skills and personal qualities to a high standard. We talk to Jennifer Dixon, Marketing Manager.
Jennifer, please tell us about your Porthcawl office…
With our well establised office in Porthcawl staffed by, in many cases, long serving members of the team, Traveland is able to offer a service which ensures our clients receive a personable, knowledgeable and carefree opportunity to plan and enjoy their cruise options.
So clients enjoy visiting the office to plan their cruise?
Absolutely, visiting our offices allows you to meet individual members of staff in person and, maybe, make an appointment with someone of their choosing – perhaps someone they have arranged with before. Plus for convenience, clients can discuss and book their requirements over the telephone.
Can you give us an example of what makes Traveland stand out from the crowd?
Yes, here’s two great examples: Traveland has its own Transfer Service which is designed to convey you and your luggage to and from the cruise terminal at Southampton on a wide selection of 14 night+ cruises.
