At Cosy Corner Lounge, we believe that Wales is home to some of the finest produce in the country, that is why we utilise the very best of locally sourced ingredients in order to create the dishes on our seasonally changing menus.
Due to our proximity, we are slightly obsessed with fish. By staying in constant contact with our excellent fish supplier, Celtic Coast, we can ensure we are up to date with the freshest catches of the day. Our meats come from Rose Dew farm in Llantwit Major, who supply only top quality produce, such as their 28 day dry aged and grass-fed steaks, that have an amazing depth of flavour.
We also pride our selves on being extremely vegetarian and vegan-friendly, making sure to use the freshest ingredients in our exciting and vibrant dishes.
Cosy Corner Lounge has over 50 Gins on offer from all around the world. Each gin has been paired to a tonic and then served with the unique botanicals of that gin to enhance the flavour. Our bespoke cocktails all include fresh herbs and homemade infusions keeping the serves tasting fresh and unique. The mixologists will also be more than happy to create more classic cocktails to suit everyone’s tastes.
The wine lists have been carefully selected by our in-house sommelier, incorporating a variety of different grapes to perfectly complement our dishes.
We also only have a selection of Welsh beers and cider on draught, all brewed by Llantrisant based Glamorgan Beer, in addition to a variety of guest craft beers from some of the UK’s most exciting micro-breweries.
Throughout the summer we will be hosting a number of special events. These include a seafood taster menu, where we will pair wines and cocktails to each course, as well as a Tapas and cocktail masterclass run by one of London’s top mixologist, who is responsible for Cocktail development within the Gordon Ramsey restaurant group.

On Saturday the 8th September, we will be offering a fish 2-course set menu, washed down with a glass of Albariño for just £15 between 12-3pm.
£3 of this set menu will be donated to the RNLI.
