Lindsey started Quadrant Financial Associates in 2016 but has been in finance for over forty years, starting out as a bank clerk at the age of sixteen for Williams & Glyn’s Bank.

Lindsey is committed to helping transform the lives of her clients to understand and get the most out of their money. Many people can find the sheer number of financial products and services overwhelming, Lindsey aims to make the complicated simple.

Lindsey is a Barry girl born and bred and has a son, a daughter and one granddaughter. Lindsey is passionate about reducing the use of plastic and has her own little veg patch. If you need peas, give Lindsey a shout. She was very proud of this year’s crop!

Nicki Jones
Paraplanner

Nicki joined Quadrant in September 2019 as a paraplanner. Nicki has been in the financial industry for over twenty years and joins the team from a Financial Adviser company based in Cardiff. Nicki lives very local to the office so, after many years of commuting to Cardiff, is now enjoying being able to walk to work.

Nicki is mum to a five-year-old Bulldog called Jake and a more recently adopted French Bulldog called Marvin. Nicki also has three sons and two beautiful granddaughters called Darcie and Lottie.

Nicki is responsible for all the research that goes into finding the most suitable products and services that meets the clients’ needs.

Jackie Jones
Administration Manager

Jackie is the Administration Manager – the glue that holds the office together! Jackie has always been in admin and finance, so brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team.

Jackie was lucky enough to live and work in the beautiful island of Jersey and whilst working for Bank of Wales (Jersey) she met her husband, and the rest is history. Jack is also mum to three beautiful sons.

Gail Lloyd
Account and Finance Manager

Gail aka “the Boss” is the Accounts and Finance Manager and has been with Lindsey Adams since 2008.

Gail is a very dedicated team member and runs a tight ship, keeping a very close eye on the finances, so if you don’t have a receipt, then look out!

Gail is a granny to Bobby, Reeva and Lewy, who absolutely adore her and is a massive Liverpool FC fan and still enjoying the glow of their successes this season (successes of 2019/2020 season).

Linda Rudman
Client Coordinator

Linda joined Quadrant in September 2019 after taking early retirement from a long career in HMRC.

Linda is the Client Coordinator, responsible for the social media platforms and welcoming all the lovely clients, visitors and guests to the office in Park Crescent, Barry.

Linda has two grown up sons, one who lives in Sydney Australia and the other, a bit closer to home in Barry. Linda enjoys spending time in Australia when she can, long coastal walks around the very beautiful “Barrybados” and looking after her sons Cocker Spaniel, Carter.
