Suzanne Dickenson, owner of Trade Price Sofas, owns a couple of warehouses in south Wales selling a variety of high-quality sofas and interiors to suit every budget and every home. We chat to Suzanne to find out more.

What do you offer your customers?
Trade Price Sofas has two warehouses which supply sofas across the UK. We attract celebrity customers such as former footballer Rio Ferdinand, Katie Price, as well as Holly Hagan and Charlotte Crosby from the hit reality TV show Geordie Shore but, at Trade Price Sofas, every customer is made to feel special. We also have quite a few footballers as clients. Word is spreading!

I can also offer a free home design consultation where I visit your home and can suggest and advise on design of curtains, pillows, lamps, bedding and sofas, which we can then create for you.

What’s your background?
I’ve been in the furnishing industry for nearly thirty years. We sell sofas and furnishings to discerning customers across the UK. I also sell matching curtains, pelmets, beds, pillows, and dining chairs. I can even build a TV into the back of your sofa or bed if the client wishes. Anything is possible. All I need is a gem of an idea, and my imagination gets to work.

What do you think makes Trade Price Sofas so special?
Literally anything you see in a glossy magazine can be recreated by our amazing designers and upholsterers at realistic prices. We work with the best fabric suppliers so, whether it’s a traditional leather Chesterfield or something more contemporary or flamboyant, we can help. My staff and I are not pushy, we encourage our customers to take the time to ensure they get exactly what they want.

We now also have our own factory now so from booking to delivery – everything is quicker and seamless. We can manufacture a 10 foot sofa or a 50 foot sofa. We can create sofas with buttons and diamonds inside, big back and small back. Our service is truly bespoke.

Are you affordable?
We like to think that we are. As we have large industrial units, no high street shop and buy in large numbers, we can offer our products at extremely competitive prices.

We are also offering a free coffee table worth £599 with certain suites. You can buy a sofa for £21 a week! It’s never been easier to have a gorgeous sofa in your home.

Do you offer finance agreements?
Yes, we do. Ask for details.

What about a deposit?
All we ask is a £30 deposit and you could be the owner of the sofa, bed, or piece of furniture of your dreams.

Where are you based? Can customers visit you?
Yes, we have warehouses in Llantrisant and Merthyr Tydfil. However, we can deliver throughout the UK.
