What do you offer clients from this branch?
Due to the type of premises this is, it lends itself to setting it up like you would do as a home. As you walk in, you will see a kitchen set up, a dining room, right the way through to a bedroom. Apart from having designer lighting, fabrics, wallpapers and home accessories on display, we also offer a complete interior design service including supply and installation – we have our own in-house fitting team.
Should clients want to see more designs for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living and dining rooms, along with a comprehensive and varied range of gas fires, stoves and fireplaces, these are on display at the St Clears showroom, which clients are more than welcome to visit. We feel that the Cowbridge branch gives a good indication of what we can achieve.
Where do your clients come from geographically?
Across the west and south east Wales.
How far will you travel?
Up as far as Aberystwyth, west to St David’s and east to Newport.
Which brands do you work with?
For bathrooms we trust Villeroy & Boch, Keuco, Aquata, Victoria & Albert. For kitchens we favour the British manufacturer Burbidge – also Marpatt, Franke, and Silestone for worktops. Our fires are from Stovax & Gazco, Dovre and Yeomans. For fabrics, then it must be Osborne & Little, Sanderson, Harlequin, G P & J Baker, Mulberry & Zoffany to name but a few.
Can clients book just one room or the whole house?
A client can have a single room makeover through to a complete home makeover, or just visit the showroom and purchase home accessories, wallpaper, lighting etc., or even make a supply only purchase of a bathroom cabinet, fireplace, tiles, made-to-measure curtain or blinds with designer fabrics to complement an existing space or opt for a complete makeover on a supply and fit basis.
What projects would fire your imagination?
We would welcome projects such as a kitchen or bathroom, en-suite refurbishments, new fireplaces for living rooms, furniture for dining rooms and bedrooms; all of which need some beautifully made-to-measure designer fabric curtains/blinds, paint and wallpapers from brands such as Zoffany Sanderson and GP&J Baker.
What do you love about the work that you do?
We love the variety of work; no project or day is the same. We are always problem solving which can be a headache at times but very satisfying when you have a delighted and very happy customer. Meeting lovely clients that become friends; always looking to do the best for the client and their home and, finally, working within a great team and having an amazing in-house set of skilled fitters – priceless.
