I hold my clients’ hands as they themselves evolve and grow during their healing journeys with me. It’s now my time. My philosophy has evolved. My skills have evolved. My business has evolved. My understanding of the needs of the modern body has been pushing boundaries for a long time. Now, I’m proud to launch BODY TALK your invisible health and healing programme.

BODY TALK is a bespoke and an accountable healing programme designed to give you the tools, skills, knowledge and means to have an incredible impact on your health and wellbeing.

BODY TALK offers 3 different packages, and each includes their own 3 unique elements:
* Kinesiology Sessions – this is where your body talks and we follow your body’s wisdom to establish a bespoke nutritional plan for you to follow.

* A curated collection of downloadable information relating to your physical, emotional and spiritual health

* A personal growth programme which includes your own BODY TALK journal.

The Packages
Foundation Setter (3 months)
Evolution (6 months)
Advanced Alignment (12 months)

There’s more, much more…
I had the realisation that BODY TALK needed to be in an environment that matched its philosophy. I am excited to announce that I will be working alongside some of Wales’ best practitioners at The Tuning Room Epi Healing Centre in Cardiff Bay. My choice of venue had to match my quality of delivery and I can confidently say that The Tuning Room Epi Healing Centre saw how I matched their whole ethos.

BODY TALK will be launched at the Tuning Room on March 4th 2024.
