We were out walking the other day and came across this pretty little cottage on the A48 in St Nicholas. The property is listed with HRT (Herbert R Thomas) in Cowbridge. The price is £275,000 which seemed very reasonable given its look and its convenient location for the Vale and Cardiff. Here’s a link.
St Nicholas is a lovely village and has a quaint church at its centre. We know a few people who live there and all say it’s lovely.
