The magazine is distributed to several hundred carefully selected locations across The Vale Of Glamorgan from Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff city centre and Cardiff Bay in the east, to Porthcawl, Bridgend and Pyle in the west. North to Llantrisant (some do end up in the south Wales valleys too – they do like Vale Life in the valleys).
