If you’re a regular to Cowbridge you’ve probably visited the Physic Garden and had a coffee and a cake in one of the various coffee shops or restaurants, but the very thing that gives Cowbridge its market town status no-one ever visits!
In the spring issue we popped along to the Cowbridge Cattle Market and met some real characters. They’d come from across south Wales to sell their sheep on this particular occasion and we had a brilliant time watching the sale process. If you’re in Cowbridge on a Wednesday morning, it’s well worth taking time out to see the market doing what it does best.
